CharacterController is stuck [video and screenshots]

Hello!

I started to play around with the CharacterController and I can not get it to walk under certain gameObjects. The blocks should be free of the collider (at least it looks like it).

Here is a video and 2 screenshots of the settings. In the video you can see, that the controller is able to walk under the block after a few moments:

Does someone has an idea what the problem could be?
