how do you align the location of parent with child bones when using animation?

I have this animated model whose animation is throwing himself forward.
but the thing is the parent location remains still when animation's playing while mesh object which is a child of it is moving.
parent location 0, 0, 0
mesh location 0, 0, 0
during animation
parent location 0, 0, 0 mesh location 123,536,132 something like that
So after animations done, next animation is weird since it teleports. how do you fix?
