Cannot download OpenCV from Asset Store

Hi, I just bought it OpenCV plugin last two days ago I tried to download and import in my unity project. But unfortunately I can't download it, it stop at middle of download. I tried so many times, it show sometimes 114%, sometime 20% like that.

Please help me to figure out what should I do I m using Unity 5.4.2f2 Personal Version
