Camera turning around a center pivot,How to make the camera turn according to a center pivot

Hi,

I am trying to make the viewer look around the scene without being able to walk around, mimicking the field of view of a human (180degrees?) Basically I am trying to create the experience of being a baby in its mothers womb. In VR (Oculus Go), the viewer can see the baby's body and look around as though the viewer is the baby.

Is there a way to rotate the camera around a center pivot, like how a human head would turn around?

Any help and advice greatly appreciated!

,Hi, I am trying create the viewer in VR to look around the scene without walking. The camera will be functioning as the head(eyes) of the player, fixed at one position. I tried with FPS controller, but I cannot get it to not walk, and also I want to limit the view similar to how a person can look around one's own surrounding, so more or less 180 degrees point of view, not 360.

Is there any script out there or is there a way to do this in the camera inspector?

Here I am attaching a picture: It's the perspective of a baby inside its mother's womb. The viewer is supposed to look around, using Oculus Go, but not move.
