play .ogg video as texture on iphone
Can I apply an .ogg video to a texture on a plane for a backdrop on the iphone?
I can't seem to find an answer and am having trouble telling the differences between pro version features, standalone vs web features, and iphone vs standalone features.

Unity iOS has no support for Ogg video; it's H.264 or MPEG-4 only, since it's played by the hardware, and it can't be a movietexture, it can only be full-screen.

Hi.
I wrote a script that lets you use a serious of sequential images as a video texture (with support for alpha channel). You can find it in the asset store under the name "Universal Video Texture". Also with my script you're not limited to just a short video clip. Works perfectly with Unity free, web, ios and and Android.
