URP lighting 2d not working on Android,URP 2D lighting not working on Android

I created a game with the "2D URP" template form Unity Hub All my 2D pointlights are working in the Unity editor and in windows builds, but when building for android, only the 2D global light is working. The level is visible, but very dark (global light intensity is 0.2)
