i can't move anything , and nothing in Assest > Import Package

Hi, can you help me because I have a big problem.I can't move the character, car, or anything in 3D and 2D.Really this is bad, I went to YouTube and I saw everyone can do it, but I can't.I have another problem which is. There is nothing in the Assest> import packageThere is nothing can you please help me.If you want to shoot a video, I will.And sorry if my language is bad
