What is the version of unity 5 that works in High Sierra

What is the best versions of unity that can run on high sierra, and its fast. I tried unity 5.4 and doest work, unity 2018.2 works but its slow, it takes 9 sec to play the scene on editor. before just 3.5 sec

hope others have suggestions.

/ Apple decided not to allow low version of xcode. so devs cannot upload to appstore, if you use old xcode, and you cant install new xcode if you dont update o.s greater than el capitan. /
