My game screen is getting blue for 1 or 2 seconds when i am requesting and getting response ?

I have one button .When i am clicking on button it send request to sfs server .When i am getting response i am generating pdf or xps file.But sometimes when clicking on button my game screen get blue for 1 or 2 seconds . I think Canvas getting set active false for a moment . How i can stop to not getting blue screen?
