[HELP] Brightness/Contrast Slider In Unity 5?

Hi there, I'm in creating a small game and I've been working on the UI and I am currently working on the options menu. And like any good game, I would like there to be a brightness/contrast slider. I have the slider going, but I'm not sure how I can make that slider change the brightness/contrast. I have done some digging around on the net but I can't find anything that actually works. I am a beginner in code so a simple answer will be greatly appreciated!
