il2cpp.exe did not run properly!

Hi, I got the following errors when I tried to build my game ,I am using 2017.4.30f1, and I can't use newer version because some deprecated components, Can you help me to fix it ?

What steps have you taken to investigate and solve this yourself first?

I tried to change from il2cpp to mono, also I got errors, I tried to updated sdk also same problem I tried to remove spaces from external tools folders names ...etc

but nothing worked !
