How do I know if trees in the asset store are paintable?
Basically, I've tried experimenting with several free tree assets from the store but been unable to paint any of them through the terrain tool. After some research I found out that trees in the terrain tool can only have a single mesh, but most trees from the store have multiple meshes.
What's the easiest way to know whether an asset store tree is paintable or not? I'm ofcourse also willing to buy tree assets, but they have to be paintable.
Also, just sort of as a bonus question, why don't tree asset creators at least combine them into a single mesh so they become paintable? Seems kind of time-wasting to place them by hand many times(depending on the project ofcourse).
