Anisotropic filtering without bluring a pixel art texture

You can have both anisotropic and non-blurred pixel textures in an application, but you can't have both for a single texture (those options are mutually exclusive).
What you want to do is, in your texture import settings change "Filter Mode" to "Point (no filter)". Do that for all the textures you want to keep pixel perfect
The problem is that I want my Pixel perfect texture to look sharp in every angle :/
