Spotlight lights up trees not in view
Does anybody know why trees that are not in the cone of my spotlight would light up anyways? It doesn't seem to be the whole tree, just the leaves light up when the spotlight gets close to them, but not on them. I am only using a directional light for the time of day, and the spotlight from the flashlight.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
Did you ever manage to solve this problem? I'm dealing with the same thing and have just about run out of ideas.
I have the same problem... I think it has todo with the shaders of our trees.

mess with the spotlight or whatever you are using because some have raycast issues or whatever they are called :P I forget or just try to turn the intensity down, and one last thing they have things where you can select certain things that it lights up with certain layers or tags. Well thats pretty much all the help I can give you, have a nice day.
