Dynamic Pickup Objects Script

Hello,

My scenario is that i have a shooting game and i want to pickup weapons and switching weapons as well. i have done it to attach each fixed weapon (scaled and positioned correctly) as a child to the camera inside the FPS controller (Capsule) and set all active to false except the primary weapon. This approach is working just fine.

What i wonder now if there is a way to accomplish this as a dynamic weapons pickup without adding the objects inside the FPS controller fixed ? And How ? Script ? @Ellie97 Many Thanks,

Look into instantiating and deleting. Have your weapons as prefabs. I can't be more help because I'm at work.
