Unity video ads frequency limit
I was wondering if there is any limit on the frequency of the ads watched on unity.
For example, if I had a page full of "unlockables" and the player clicked each one rapidly in succession, until the 25 ads per day limit, would that count as 25 impressions? or does Unity have more criteria to meet to make a valid impression? ie. a minimum time between ad watches.
In this video on the Unity site https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/production/services-integrating-unity-ads the lecturer talks about his account getting flagged by the system because of friends/ family members clicking on ads over and over just to make him money. Which is why I am curious whether the rapid ad watching will be a problem even with genuine players.

I also wanted to know , should I add a timer function to limit the player watching interestitial ads at the end of the level?
