Variables in the server side?
Hello!
I have a game already working that uses local xml to store and read saved data. Now I would need to use an online server to store and read that data like in most common modern mobile games. I will be using Unity Networking and I don-t know how to store and read variables from the server. You know, the amount of energy you have, your gems, your player level...
Thanks in advance! D
Is it only storing data or is the networking to be used in say playing with another user?
The network won't be used to play "with" another user, only to play "against" other users formation. I'm not sure if it's the same, but I mean that both players won't be playing at the same time against the other or in co-op, it will have a matchmaking system that will face the player against other player's formations.
