CTR+Z suddenly stops working in unity editor

I can't locate or understand the specific point when it stops working it stops working randomly.

Restart of unity does help but then it will appear at some point again.

Keyboard language change doesn't help at all. Tried many solutions from Google, nothing helps. Please, I really need to fix this :D

When this happens does Unity have the focus? $$anonymous$$aybe next time it happens, click somewhere inside Unity to make sure it has the focus and then try CTRL+Z again.
