How to use data from RaycastHit.lightmapCoord ?
I am trying to do the thing where you shoot a ray straight down from your character and then use RaycastHit.lightmapCoord to get the value of the lightmap in order to darken your characters materials in darker areas of your lightmap.
But I don't understand exactly what RaycastHit.lightmapCoord is returning and how to use it. I know it's the UV of the lightmap position in some way, but it's returning things like (56.9, -1.2) which I know 56.9 is way outside the bounds of a typical 0 to 1 square UV. So what exactly do I do with this value it is returning?
