Can I buy Assets and sell them as DLC?
Hello everyone,
I have a set of assets that I bought from the Asset Store, and as far as I know people can buy whatever they want and use them in their own games that they then sell for profit. However, I just wanted to double check because I may end up using some Assets completely for DLC in one game, and of course simply buying something only to resell it seems a little legally suspicious.
Is there some kind of clause preventing this kind of thing, or am I just paranoid?

So long as they are incorporated and embedded components of your game, that's fine. https://unity3d.com/legal/as_terms
Note that reviewers on Steam/Google Play store are often somewhat hostile towards lazy use of assets however... prepare to receive negative reviews if you simply use them verbatim.

You cannot sell anything like that in its entirety, that is illegal. Instead, you would have to find a way to transform it into something completely different. If you do that then you're fine.
I mean inside of an actual game, say if I sell a pack of cosmetics that people can only use in the game, but 100% of the pack was purchased last night from an Asset on the Store.
