Help with bluetooth conection

Hello, I'm trying to do a biomedical aplication using arduino and unity. I need help establishing the comunication over bluetooth with ios and android devices to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino. If someone could help with my problem I will really apreciate it. Thanks!
