IAP Disabled and timestamp ERRORS

Hi,

I recently went on a holiday I had Collab enabled so I go restore my work when I came home to my desktop

When I got home and restored I got a load of errors

IMAGE BELOW

1. IAP is installed but not enabled Yes it is, shown in the image below

2. is in timestamp but not known to asset database
