Sprite Not Displaying In-game
So I have a script that Instantiates a bunch of prefab clones and basically when I don't use Camera.ScreenToWorldPoint they display in-game just fine but when I do use it they only display in Scene view and not game view. The sprites are in a new sorting layer and everything. Also I parent each object to an empty game object.

First thing I would check is your Z-values. Specifically, check the Z-positions of those sprites you can see in the Scene but not the Game, and compare them to the Z-values allowed by your camera.
