Mobile Joystick doesn't work when Mouse Cursor is locked

Hi Okay so I have this project on Mobile platform, specifically Android Operating System.

There's a First-person character, mobile Joystick input for Walking and Touch Screen control for looking.

When I set Mouse Cursor as LOCKED in the First-person character. I can still look around with the touch controls but the Joystick for walking is not working

Any thoughts on this? thank you and fixes maybe
