Unity is not launching after the Update

I've updated my Unity to 2018.2.10f version recently. And now it doesn't open, "Launch" window does open, but when I either trying to open the previous projects (clicking Continue, when it says that the project was saved in old version) or create a new one. Something loads but nothing happens after. I've deleted Unity and installed it again, but it did't help.

Could you kindly clarify what should I do in this case?
