Objects shows text above them

My question as follow:

I need TEXT above my enemies so it shows, who they are for my game. Example: An enemy names Carl or a NPC and above his head it shows text, who he or she is. And of course when he or she moves it's still above him. And I don't want a box or something just as example a big yellow text above his.
