canvas render sorting error
Hi, I am having an issue with my UI, while I am in the pause menu(with timescale = 0), I add a popup over my pause window, I can see it in the hierarchy, below my pause window so it should be drawn over it. But sometimes my new popup is behind the pause window. This happens every time when I try on my device (android lg4), but it does not happen in Unity editor unless I had some debug.log. I checked my z position of each popup, and its all 0.
I tried to put the timescale to 0.001 instead, in case it was just not updating because of that, did not work. also tried to call Camera.main.Render(), and Canvas.ForceUpdateCanvases().
If I back out of my pause window though, i can see my new popup there and interact with it. If i close it, and retry it, everything will be working properly after that. So it is only the first time that this is happening.
Any idea what could cause it?
