VideoPlayer aspect ratio doesn't work in material override apionly rendertexture mode

When using VideoPlayer Component in Unity. Camera mode has no problem to use videoPlayer.aspectRatio. But using RenderTexture, MaterialOverride, APIOnly mode videoPlayer.aspectRatio doesn't work

IS that Unity doesn't support that or my problem?
