Question by Mrkrisher · Oct 26, 2016 at 05:46 AM · timertimer countdowntimer-scripttimers

How do I create a timer.

I have a game, and it's just rolling a ball around, avoiding obstacles, and collecting yellow cubes. I'm trying to create a timer so that a person can see how long they take, and then try and beat it. I'm fine with either a countdown timer or one that just calculates the amount of time they took. The more answers the better! Thanks in advance.

Unity Clock Tutorial ... you can ignore their graphics part and focus on how they are actually calculating time for their clock

Accept if it helps ^^

Well, I'm looking for a kind of digital clock. Like 4:52 $$anonymous$$utes. A person can just look up and it will say something like 3:12, and it will be easy for them to be able to keep track.
