How do I set up Visual Studio for Mac to Debug to Unity?

I have Visual Studio for Mac Preview.

I would like to debug Unity from this.

I was able to follow instructions to get Visual Studio Code to do this, but can't find any instructions for setting up the Visual Studio for Mac Preview.
