How can I make the animation timeline more intuitive ?
I'm having a real hard time using the animation timeline... I'm thinking that I must be missing a setting or some sort of preference.
I have an animation with +/- 20 gameobjects, spanning 10 seconds. Many properties are animated, so my dopesheet has more than a few keyframes.
Tweaking the animation where I drag the keyframes around is very hard, because when I select a gameobject in the left view, the corresponding keyframes for that line are not highlighted in the right view. I constantly select the wrong keyframes...
It does work the other way around though, when selecting a certain keyframe, the corresponding gameobject in the left is highlighted.
Also, when selecting a gameobject on the left side of the animation view, does select the corresponding gameobject in the unity editor, but not the other way arround.
I'm sure there are reasons for this, but basically trying to find out which keyframe belongs to which gameobject is making my head hurt.
I'm wondering if there is a more elegant and fluint way of working with the animation dopesheet ?
