can not open windows exe
i use both unity5.6.3p4 and unity2017.4.10f1 to publish exe in x86-64. i found that some people`s computer can not open exe file,when they double click or cmd run exe both does not open anything.95% are win7 5% are win10.i think problem maybe in "globalgamemanagers" file but i dont know how to fix.
I'd make sure their architecture is not just x86(32bit processor and OS), and not 64bit operational system. As far as I know x86 works with 32bit processor and higher. And x86_64 works only with 64 bit processor and higher. Also what leads you to believe the issue is on global game manager?
i am sure most of them pc is windows win7 sp1 64.,few of them are win10 .but one of them are very new computer with 1060NVIDIA. i use their computer install an unity3d2017.4.10 and publish empty project to exe.and i can run the exe.then i replace the published "globalgamemanagersā to my game ,the exe of my game can run,but with error. because the globalgamemanagers is not correct. so i think maybe globalgamemanagers in my game are something wrong there.
or maybe the winrar compress tool broken the file?
