My program doesn't want to work/ The text is square and black

I have a mac and I've re downloaded this program about 10 times in hope maybe it will work but It doesn't. Please if anyone can help me with this problem I will be extremely grateful. I tried downloading the new beta version but its the same. alt text . The text is just black.
