Unity Remote 5 not working with iOS + OsX

So, i downloaded the Unity Remote app on my Iphone and.. its not working. I downloaded the build support and it was showing up my Iphone now so i selected it as a Remote, i started the game and nothing happend. what can i do pls help!!
