How to Fix: "Problem Validating Your License"

Hi! I haven't been onto unity for a while, and so when I recently attempted to open unity this image appeared. Is there any way to fix it? I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. alt text

Update: I signed in and it gave me the same page and allowed me to press reactivate. However, when I pressed reactivate it sent me to a screen saying "Returning License" with a loading bar, but when the loading bar reached the end it sent me to this screen and stayed there.
