animation importing (3ds Max)

hi there,

I've been using 3ds max and exporting my animations with FBX file format. Most times the animations play in the correct position. But some times when I have an animation play, the moment it plays that particular animation it moves to (0,0,0) of the world, playing the animation there instead of where it should be.

I've looked into both 3ds max and unity but I am completely lost to why this is happening.

root object stays where it was, only the skinned mesh moves to the scene center right ?

Did you try this by selecting the root object and see it's position unchanged ?

yep did that, and it made no difference

its very random, cause sometimes it works perfectly fine, then some times to does that.
