What wrong are going on with my Unity?
it's a problem with the rendering of the reflections probes when u compress the skybox, Go to Window > Lighting and the Reflections Probes Options, set compresion to Uncompressed. 
Are your graphics drivers up to date? If so, it could be worth filing a bug report.
Yes all drivers are up to date. Unity 5.4.3 works fine, but 5.5 not.
Please submit a bug report with a scene that demonstrates correct behavior in 5.4.3 and incorrect behavior in 5.5.0 :)
Yes, I have the exact same issue with 5.5. 0f3. Setting Compression to be Uncompressed fixed it.

I solved it: as the first picture shows, go to Window > Lighting > Settings. Then, drag the field Reflection intensity(below Compression) to 0 or near. Obs: I did not change Compression to Uncompressed because it don't change anything in my case.
