Blender imported models reset position and scale.
When I try to position models in unity that were made in blender, and imported into unity, their position and scale will reset when I hit the play button. And also, I import the models in .fbx, Thx.

The model in the 'Hierarchy' view most likely has an animation component, and probably set to Play on Awake .
You could disable this, or for models without animations, in the Inspector window of the 'Project' selected model, set the Animations import setting to Don't Import
