Problem with lines between tiles
Greetings.
I have made a simple tile map mechanic in the Unity game engine. It uses a mesh to generate tiles.
The problem is that small lines appear between each tile. When moving the camera relative to the map, the lines flicker and appear/disappear. An image showing the problem is seen here:
I have tried most of the solutions i could find online: disabling mip maps, filter mode, wrap mode. However none of these seem to work.
I have however found that the problem only occurs with anti aliasing enabled
Any help on how to adress this problem will be greatly appreciated.
Are the tiles part of a single $$anonymous$$esh, or are you instantiating hundreds of GameObjects?

Add a bleed pixel around the tile graphics on the bitmap? Wondering if the AA system is causing the shader to draw a small line of pixels from the adjacent tile on the bitmap.
It worked! Thanks a bunch for the help. I added a bleed pixel to every tile and adjusted the texture applyment code to support this. The lines are now completely gone.
