Is it possible to load multiple image targets using Vuforia?

I'm trying to update image target object as I clicked "Next" button so that Vuforia camera recognize different images as it goes. It's not just an image, but it's "imageTarget" object from Vuforia Target Manager. Is there a way that the image targets get updated automatically?
