How to create an application with "tracking objects without markers"?

Hello, guys. I wanted to ask you a question about an application I'm starting for a university exam. During the course we used Unity3d and Vuforia. But, among various researches I have done, I do not know if Vuforia went with what I have to do. Among the solutions sought, I think I need KUDAN or something else. Basically, I should value a rural chapel. I would like to show, in the place of the chapel, the buttons placed via GPS (without the use of markers) from which you can access the vision of video, audio, images and 3D objects. In short, I would like to create:

  • a button through which to display a "3d chapel" (which would be the reconstruction of the rural chapel) --- maybe for this I can consider adapting by hand with touchscreen in order to enlarge the object as I like ( as in video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TocToEQzJ-Q)

  • a button through which to display a "video" (which would tell the story of the chapel)

  • a button through which to display an "image" (a newspaper article or other)

The 3 buttons must appear "fixed" in the place of the chapel, of course. So, I have to trace them.

I'll leave you a link to give you a real and practical dimension of what I'd like to do https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOVjISxlhpU

Do you have any ideas, scripts, tutorials on how I could do such a thing?

Thank you very much, I am waiting for an answer
