How to fix errors on Google play service in unity?

Hello sir, I am getting an error while importing the Google play service to unity. Errors are

Gradle failed to fetch dependencies.

Resolution failed.

Please sir help me to solve these errors. My sdk and tool are updated, still I am getting these

Change Build Setting to Gradle (New) Solved my problem, So i hope, it will also work for you.
