Having Trouble Connecting With UNet

Hello everyone, I have no problem with most people joining auto-created matches with UNet. However, one of my players located in the UK is unable to join. His Player.log reports that his game is attempting to join the matchmaking server (OnMatchJoin) but nothing happens. I have no idea what is happening here and would greatly appreciate any feedback.
