Any way to create an 'Outer Glow' effect like this on text/UI elements?

I'm really hoping there's a shader someone knows of to create an effect like you see above, with the soft outer shadows and glowing text. It's pretty crucial to the UI design I have in mind. In fact the image shown is a website I designed that I am now translating into Unity. If anyone has any idea how to achieve this effect I would be tremendously grateful.

Bear in mind that my coding skills are limited so I would really be looking for an existing solution or some directions to some existing shaders that I can cannibalize/ draw inspiration from if nothing currently exists.
