Unity 2018.2.2f1 fires MonoDevelop as well as Visual Studio, why?

After upgrading to Unity 2018.2.2f1, when I do Open C# Project, Visual Studio and MonoDevelop open together even though my preferences clearly have Visual Studio only.

..WHY???

I don't want Mono!!!!
