Asset Store Payment Options?

I want to purchase the 2D Toolkit. What methods of payment are available? Paypal? Visa? Mastercard? Sorry, I can not find any information on it in the asset store.

Yeah but how in the *** do you change your payment info?! The UI is the most confusing this on earth. I have no idea what CC it's using, how to change any of my CC details, or what PayPal account it's using. It just pops up some arbitrary window that has my address and the amount of the purchase. Then times out.

It's not so easy to add new payment options. They're not free either.

you can setup that in your unity id: https://id.unity.com or there is a link for this in your publisher profile's "Payout" page.
