In Blender press File => Export => .fbx (or .obj)
Now just paste that .fbx (or .obj) to your assets folder of your project. It will automatically appear in your Project view and now do with it what you want.
No i know how to get my models that i made in blender to unity but i dont know how to get the .unity3d file of that model let me show you an example: this image can demostrate waht i want to do. do you see number 1? well that one is a 3d model in the format of .unity3d i want to get the model in 2 to be a .unity3d file as well and i dont know how to do that. i read that i need to export as a proprietary. i dont how to explain it properly here is a link to where i read it
.unity3d is a Web player build. You should have asked how to build, because from your initial question I got an impression that you wrote something like "how to get my model to Unity so that I will be able to use it".
because i want to make a model a 3d model of a board to put in my map of unturned 3.0 ,that why im asking how do i build a .unity3d file, the .unity3d file you see on the printscreen with the number 1 has a 3d model in it i want to know how to do the same
