HDRP Lighting issues, directional light dims other lights even if these lights are "indoors".

I am new to using HDRP and have been trying to figure out how to use it. I came across this situation where my bright sunlight directional light (100000 lux) dims out other light sources(Point light, spot light) to the point where I can't see them unless I set them to be extremely bright. Is there something I am missing? alt text
