Google remove my app because the app is uploading user's phone number information to https://config.uca.cloud.unity3d.com

Hello everyone, My app on play store has removed because :
"Your app is uploading users' phone number information to https://config.uca.cloud.unity3d.com/ without a prominent disclosure. Make sure to also post a privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Developer Console and from within the Play distributed app itself."

I don't use unity service. I only use admob plugin. Please tell me how to fix it!!!!!!! alt text
