Network Game: How to solve : problem Lag or Refresh frame?

I tried to make a test of Network Game for a university project and i have a problem.

When i make the server i havent lag or anything like bad refresh frames, but when other computer connect on my server, i can see the movements of my character good but the other character i see him like a low frame rate or graphic lag.

I dont know if i explain good or not.

Ah! the ping of the both computer is less than 8 (LAN connection).

Thank.

How are you synchronising your players? Using direct transform observation tends to result in somewhat jittery behaviour (which is why I avoid it), but not quite to the extent you seem to be describing!

I also have the exact same problem, I see the other players (regardless of server/client) laggy...

In my prefab of character, i put Network View and i put State syncronization to "Unreliable", but the character of the other computer that join in my server can see fluid this character in my screen.

If you want i can put some video and u can see it.
